Coffee morning refreshment routine for Group Leader or representative:- Supplies will be provided.  You do not need to buy milk etc.  But when your group is shown on the rota you should:- Contact any group sharing the duty with you to ensure enough people will be present to assist. Arrange for members to set up, serve coffee, wash up and clear away.  It is helpful for one or two members to come early to get kettles boiling and set up cups and saucers. Coffee morning supplies are stored in U3A cupboard. (Keys are held by our Chairman, Vice Chairman and Treasurer.)  Milk will be purchased by Chris P or Christine B. Coffees and teas ( including biscuits) are 25p Collect the money and hand it to the Treasurer . Please aim to supply hot drinks from 10.15 to 11.45 am.  Please clear everything away and fill in a ”stock needed” list (these can be found with tea/ coffee etc. ) Give list and damp tea towels to Chris or Dave P or Christine B.
If you are unable to take your turn on the coffee rota OR  you do not wish to put on a display please phone:   Christine Bale on  01278 451804  in plenty of time for alternative arrangements to be made. Thank you.
